Since its incorporation in 2000, the purpose of the Bakers Creek Kart Club is to organize and sanction competitive kart activities. Its primary interests are to provide members with a safe, structured racing program with sufficient insurance protection and a wholesome family environment for the sport of Karting.

As your first step to becoming a member at BCKC, we ask you to please fill out the entire membership application form and mail it (along with your payment) to our P.O. Box address (P.O. Box 1746, Decatur, AL 35602)

For new members—once your application is processed, the Initiation Fee will be deposited, and you will be sent a letter of provisional membership which will allow you access equivalent to that of a club members track access for 90 days. You will receive notification of provisional membership within 10 days of processing of your application. You must present this letter of provisional membership to the track supervisor in order to be granted member access to the track. Within the 90 day trial period, your application will be reviewed and your membership status will be voted on by the members of BCKC Board of Directors. If you are accepted, your Membership Fee will be deposited, and you will be sent an information packet (containing your membership card). If you are denied membership, your fee will be returned to you.

For members renewing their membership—once your renewal request is processed your membership card will be sent to you. If you do not renew your membership by April 31st of the following year, you must pay the required Initiation Fee again in order for your application to be processed.
